做法很簡單,免烤箱,一個平底鍋。就能輕鬆搞定,喜歡的趕緊去試試呀~

食材

低筋麵粉120g

代糖35g

酵母2g

抹茶粉4g

熱水30g

雞蛋1個

清水140g

蜜豆適量

做法

1. 低筋麵粉代糖酵母混合攪勻備用。

2. 抹茶粉熱水攪拌均勻,再加入雞蛋和清水混合攪拌均勻,將抹茶液倒入麵粉中,攪拌均勻至順滑,附上保鮮膜室溫發酵1小時。

3. 發酵好的麵糊表面會有小氣孔,攪拌排氣,將麵糊過篩一遍。

4. 全程小火,平底鍋預熱,倒入麵糊,無需放油,表面撒上一層蜜豆,小火慢煎,煎好對摺起來,切成小塊裝盤即可。
