清潤木瓜栗子雪耳素湯

簡單方便素湯志人大咗越來越鍾意飲湯!平日想飲湯但放工冇時間,推介煲素湯(可以省卻肉類汆水時間,好方便洗好材料,一煲過就煮好!) 呢個湯非常清甜滋潤,好適合最近轉天氣飲(尤其是乾燥喉嚨有啲乾,飲完即刻潤唒!而且木瓜仲有美顏功效呀)
清潤木瓜栗子雪耳素湯
烹調時間2小時
材料
木瓜 1個去皮切件
栗子 15粒
鮮海底椰 1包6個切件
粟米1條
雪耳1個浸軟
無花果 6粒切半
果皮 1塊刮囊
花生 50g
眉豆50g
腰果 100g
水 1800ml
做法
木瓜去皮切件,全部材料放入大鍋
• 一般湯煲 • 煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成
高速煲口關上煲蓋,調較烹調速度為,中火煮至指示線為黃色,轉小火;至指示變綠色開始計時30分鐘
熄火排氣,指示線完全降低即可開蓋享用

Ingredients
Papaya: 1 pc, peeled and sliced
Chestnuts: 15 pcs
Fresh sea coconut: 1 pack, 6 pcs sliced
Corn: 1 cob
Snow fungus: 1 pc, soaked until soft Figs: 6 pcs, halved
Fruit peel: 1 pc, peeled Peanuts: 50g
Mung beans: 50g
Cashews: 100g
Water: 1800ml
Instructions
Peel and slice the papaya, then put all ingredients into a large pot.
If using regular pot, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
If using high-speed cooker, close the lid, set cooking speed to medium heat. Cook until indicator turns yellow, then switch to low heat. Time for 30 mins when indicator turns green.
Turn off heat, release pressure, and open lid to enjoy.
