自己做的焦糖蘋果派!

住在鄉村的好處就是應季蔬果吃不完!擁有一座粉色城堡的弗朗西斯大爺又給我們送蘋果啦!
我婆婆盯著蘋果問我今年還做不做蘋果派了,我只能說做!做!
她滿意的點點頭~去超市的時候特意買了酥皮,這樣就不用自己揉面啦!今天和大家分享個簡易版的焦糖酥皮蘋果派,真的和冬天太配了!
食材 INGREDIENTS
(6-8個)
蘋果2個
純素酥皮 1張
植物奶 少許(或水)
白砂糖適量
肉桂粉適量
步驟STEPS
將蘋果洗凈去皮,切成厚片。用刀或環形模具將蘋果片中心挖成一個圓。
將純素酥皮切成長條,並用擀麵杖擀長擀薄。
將酥皮纏繞在蘋果片上。一面蘸少許植物奶、白砂糖,並撒上肉桂粉。
放入空氣炸鍋,190度,烤15分鐘,直到白砂糖變焦黃,即可~

STEPS
Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into thick slices. Use a knife or ring mold to scoop out a circle in the center of the apple slices. Cut the vegan puff pastry into long strips and use a rolling pin to roll it out long and thin. Wrap pastry around apple slices. Dip one side into a little plant milk, white sugar, and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Put it in the air fryer, bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes, until the sugar turns brown and that's it~
