低卡鹵素菜拼盤 秘太好吃大家都催說好吃鹵素菜做法,今天出來了!

沒有滷蛋、沒有肉肉,低卡的全鹵蔬食真的超超超好吃。

配上摩飛的多功能料理鍋,操作很省心!

【乾料】

香葉..4片(小的就5片)

八角...5顆(5克)

桂皮..3根(4克)

小茴香...5克

陳皮..2.5克

花椒..25顆(約1克)

生薑..3片

干辣椒5個(不吃辣的就不放)

【調味】

生抽30g、老抽20g、鹽1-2勺、黃冰糖8g、清水

1500ml.

【做法】

備菜,將愛吃的蔬菜洗凈切好

2 香煎老豆腐,煎至兩面金黃後,剷出備用。

換深煮鍋,熱鍋下油,將香料炒香零倒入所有食材,加適量水。(乾料詳情請看配料表)

煮20分鐘,關火悶10分鐘。

撈出食用即可。

【Seasoning】

30g light soy sauce, 20g dark soy sauce, 1-2 tablespoons salt, 8g yellow rock sugar, water 1500ml.

【How to do】

Prepare vegetables, wash and cut your favorite vegetables

2 Pan-fry the old tofu until golden brown on both sides, scoop out and set aside.

Change to a deep cooking pot, heat the pot with oil, stir-fry the spices until fragrant, pour in all the ingredients, and add an appropriate amount of water. (Please see the ingredient list for details of dry ingredients) Cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Take it out and eat it.
