咖喱雜菜(素)
材料(A):
35克辣椒干
8條紅辣椒
10克黃姜
10克南姜
1-2支香茅
6克咖喱葉
材料(B)
120克 食油
1湯匙香菇粉
1/2湯匙 糖
1/2湯匙鹽
材料(C)
70克咖喱料
1湯匙:醬油
1/4茶匙糖
1/4茶匙 香菇粉
1/2茶匙鹽
250克
水100克
椰漿200克
包菜75克
長豆75克
茄子
3條羊角豆
隨意腐竹和豆腐卜
咖喱雜菜(素)
步驟
先把辣椒干去籽然後浸泡熱水,5分鐘後濾干備用
把所有材料(A)和浸泡好的辣椒干都倒進主鍋,以15秒/速度10攪碎
加入材料(B),再以10秒/速度10攪碎,利用刮刀棒將材料刮至主鍋底。然後以15分鐘/120C/速度1.5爆香,完成後取出備用
主鍋內加入水、包菜、羊角豆、茄子、調味料和煮好的咖喱料,以6分鐘/100C/反轉速度1烹煮
接著,加入長豆再以6分鐘/100C/反轉湯匙烹煮
倒入椰漿並設定2分鐘/100C/反轉湯匙,在最後一分鐘從洞口加入豆腐卜和腐竹。

Steps:
1. Deseed the dried chilies and soak in hot water for 5 minutes,
70gm Curry paste
drain and set aside
1Tbsp Soy sauce
2. Place all ingredients (A) to TM Bowl and blend 10sec/speed 10.
3. Add in ingredient (B), 10sec/speed 10, scrape down sides of
1/4 tsp Mushroom seasoning
mixing bowl with using spatula. Sautee the paste for 15mins/120c/speed 1.5. Once done, pour out and set aside.
