攪一攪就可以做,自製起來特別簡單
配方:小米210g 牛奶270g 麵粉200g
雞蛋1個 酵母3g 白糖25g
1️⃣小米浸泡一晚,濾干水份,加入牛奶,用破壁機打成細膩的米漿。
2️⃣加入雞蛋、酵母、白糖,拌勻,加入麵粉,拌成細膩的麵糊,溫暖處醒發2倍大
3️⃣攪拌排氣,模具刷油,倒入模具7分滿,醒發20分鐘,水開蒸15分鐘即可。
做好的小米發糕冰箱冷凍保存,吃的時候蒸一下就可以了。
模具底部也可以撒些果脯,比如葡萄乾或者蔓越莓之類的,口感更佳
