啊啊啊……這個生炒排骨太好吃了~

香氣四溢,香辣又下飯,喜歡的一定要試試~

食材:
排骨、姜蒜、小米椒、大蒜葉
做法:
1️⃣排骨浸泡血水清洗乾淨,鍋倒油倒入排骨翻炒至金黃,加入薑片炒香。
2️⃣加1勺生抽、半勺老抽、1勺蚝油翻炒均勻。加入1罐啤酒燜煮15分鐘。

3️⃣加入大蒜和小米椒,適量鹽翻炒均勻,加入大蒜苗炒熟即可。
