巧克力腦袋真的愛慘了這個巧克力奶油麵包啊|||巧克力腦袋不能錯過的麵包!!烤好滿屋的巧克力香氣~鬆軟的麵包體搭配酥脆的可可酥粒,還有巧克力奶油,一口一口停不下來 口感真的超豐富!

酥粒材料:
黃油14g,低粉20g,可可粉3g,糖粉14g
麵糰材料:
高粉400g,可可粉15g,牛奶270g,雞蛋一個,糖45g,鹽3g,鮮酵母12g,黃油40g
巧克力奶油材料:
淡奶油150g,糖12g,巧克力醬25g

步驟:
1️⃣酥粒製作:黃油軟 化 酥粒材料部分混合 戴手套搓成顆粒狀
2️⃣麵糰材料揉出膜,麵糰滾圓室溫發至二倍大,發好的麵糰按壓排氣後分割成12等份依次滾圓 蓋保鮮膜松 弛15分鐘後再次滾圓,表面噴水再裹一層酥粒,放入烤箱38度發至兩倍大,放入預熱好的烤箱風爐模式160度烤20分鐘
3️⃣淡奶油巧克力醬糖打發,麵包中間切開不切斷擠上奶油,表面擠上巧克力醬,撒上脆珠再撒上防潮糖粉即可
