小時候的味道咸香可口的咸奶油杏仁蛋糕|||按頭安利這款老式咸奶油杏仁蛋糕~鬆軟的蛋糕胚加上咸香濃郁的奶油,還有酥酥脆脆的杏仁片,吃起來也太太滿足了,一定要試試呀~

蛋糕胚食材:
雞蛋4個,糖30克,牛奶40克,玉米油40克,低粉50克,檸檬汁2滴
咸奶油食材:
黃油40g,糖20g,鹽1g,淡奶油160g
杏仁片適量

步驟:
1️⃣蛋糕胚:蛋白蛋黃分離,玉米油和牛奶攪拌均勻,篩入低粉拌勻,加入蛋黃攪拌至順滑無顆粒狀態
2️⃣蛋白加入檸檬汁,分三次加糖打發,打發至提起打蛋頭有彎鉤,取三分之一蛋白到蛋黃糊中拌勻,再倒回蛋白盆中拌勻
倒入烤盤,震兩下震出氣泡,放入預熱好的烤箱中層,上火145下火140度烤35分鐘,出爐放烤網上晾涼
3️⃣咸奶油:黃油軟 化+糖+鹽打發均勻,少量多次加入淡奶油打發至順滑
4️⃣蛋糕胚切成兩半,一面抹上咸奶油,再蓋上另一面,表面再抹一層薄薄的咸奶油,撒上杏仁片,再切塊即可
