½ 茶匙煙燻液(可選)
310克谷元粉
做法
在食品加工機中,混合除谷元粉之外的所有食材。

Ingredients
180ml vegetable broth 110g red kidney beans (or chickpeas/navy beans/pinto beans) 60g tomato paste 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or Japanese soy sauce/Japanese soy sauce) 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon liquid smoke (optional) 310g Guyuan powder
How to do
In a food processor, combine all ingredients except glutinous rice flour. Place the glutinous rice flour into a large mixing bowl and remove the wet mixture from the food processor. Using a spoon or spatula, mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 2 minutes. Then, flatten it into a round shape. Cut the dough into 4 equal parts. They can be flattened using your hands or a potato masher. Wrap steak in aluminum foil. Add a few inches of water to the pot fitted with the steamer basket. Bring the water to a boil and place the steaks in the steamer basket. Steam for 30 minutes. After steaming, unwrap the veggie steaks and allow them to cool completely before using. I usually fry them in some oil in an iron skillet before serving.
