麵糰材料:
高筋粉250g,牛奶150g,糖30g,鮮酵母9g,奶粉10g,全蛋液25g,鹽2g ,黃油25g
蜜紅豆100g

步驟:
1️⃣除黃油鹽酵母外所有麵糰材料揉勻冷藏水合倆小時,麵糰打出粗膜後加黃油鹽酵母,繼續打出手套膜
2️⃣取出揉好的麵糰滾圓,室溫發 酵至二倍大,手沾麵粉戳洞不回縮發完,取出按壓排氣,分成均勻的8等份,麵糰依次滾圓,蓋保鮮膜醒15分鐘
3️⃣麵糰按扁,放上蜜紅豆收口朝下包起來,輕輕擀平再次包起來,全部包好後放進烤箱二次醒發至1.5-2倍大
4️⃣二次完成,放上一個烤盤(如果不是不沾烤盤加一層油紙防粘),送入預熱好的烤箱風爐155度烤16分鐘,平爐175度18分鐘,烤好取出晾涼保存就可以了
