非油炸一口一個、酥掉渣|芝麻一口酥|||感謝海氏品牌贊助,香香脆脆的芝麻一口酥,小時候老愛吃了!

今天來簡單的復刻下,原料都是很常見的,大家基本都有,一起來試試吧!

方子剛好做了一烤盤!

配方:

雞蛋1個 低筋麵粉110g

細砂糖30g 玉米油30g

鹽1g 泡打粉2g

1.雞蛋、糖、鹽、玉米油混合攪拌至糖融化,篩入泡打粉、低筋麵粉混合物拌成團

2.分成10g一個劑子,滾圓,表面沾上一圈芝麻。

3.烤箱上下火170度中層烤25分鐘。

成品顏色均勻好看,口感酥脆,好吃極了!

冷卻後密封保存即可。

玉米油也可以換成其它的油,味道小一點的即可,以免遮蓋食物本身的香味。

不用在意它裂不裂開,問的話就是裂開的更香
